- Just moved - we have a new office!

On April 17th, we moved into a new office with the help of our tireless supporters. Located right across the road from our old office, it has a bright and comfortable look, with the flooring made of wood from the thinning of Japanese cypress forests and walls made of strand board also from the thinning of forests. We are all excited about our new work environment. Please feel free to drop by if you find yourself in the neighborhood!

- "Japan for Sustainability - Progress Unknown to the World Vol.1" now available!

As announced in our March newsletter, our first book "Japan for Sustainability - Progress Unknown to the World Vol.1" arrived at stores on April 27th. Titled "Ganbatte-iru Nihon wo sekai wa mada shiranai," this book is a concise compendium of a variety of environmental initiatives taken by government, industry, and NGOs during the past year. In the book you can also find out JFS's operations as well as comments from our readers across the planet.

At the moment it is only in Japanese, but we welcome you to check out the following web site:
