Basic Search

Type keywords into the search box to find articles and other contents including all of the keywords. The most relevant articles will be listed at the top of the search results. You can sort the list by relevance, headline, author, publication date, or section by clicking the heading at the top of the column.

Phrase Search

To find articles including an exact phrase, use double quotes around your phrase in the search terms box.

For example: "full-scale launch" will return articles that include the phrase exactly as you specified and will not return results that contain only part of the phrase.

OR & NOT Search

Use OR to find results with at least one of the keywords you specify.

For example: "wind OR solar" return all the results that contain the keywords either wind or solar.

Use NOT to find results without a specific keyword.

For example: "wind NOT solar" will return results that contain the keyword wind but do not contain the keyword solar.

Wildcard Search

Place an asterisk (*) at the end of a word or word fragment to find variations on that word. Your search results will list articles that contain any keyword that begins with the letters you enter.

For example: environ* will return results that contain the words environmental, environment, or environmentalist.
